Compliance with Law and Policy. It shall be the responsibility of the Manager to ensure that this Master Trust Agreement, any Prospectus or like offering document or regulatory filing of each of the Funds and any distribution of Units complies with Applicable Law. To this end, the Manager on behalf of the Funds shall take such action and execute such documents as may be necessary or desirable to be filed with appropriate regulatory authorities on behalf of the Funds.
