Compliance with Laws and Instructions. Cornerstone shall hold all applicable licenses, and shall comply with all related directives, laws, rules and regulations, in connection with the importation, storage, handling, promotion, distribution, marketing and sale of the Product in the Territory. In its promotion, marketing or sale of the Product, Cornerstone agrees to avoid making any statements, representations, warranties or guarantees concerning the Product except as expressly authorized pursuant to the Marketing Authorization for the Product. Cornerstone shall, in its importation, storage, handling, distribution, marketing and sale of the Product, comply with the quality standards of Chiesi and at all times adhere to a level of quality at least as high as Cornerstone maintains for similar activities conducted in relation to its other products.
Compliance with Laws and Instructions. Licensee and User will comply with applicable law and Licensor’s instructions regarding the use, reproduction, and distribution of the Software as dictated by this XXXX. Licensee agrees to notify Users who may have access to the Software of the restrictions contained in this XXXX and to ensure their compliance with these restrictions.
