Compliance with Laws and Rules. Applicant shall comply with all statutes, regulations, and ordinances of all local, state and federal jurisdictions concerning the use of the Property. In addition, the City shall have the right to adopt reasonable rules concerning the use of the Property and Applicant shall comply with the rules.

A. Throughout the term of this Agreement and any extension thereto, Seller shall comply, at its sole cost and expense, with all applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes and standards (Laws) governing the manufacture, transportation or sale of Items or the performance of Services covered by this Agreement anywhere in the world, EXCEPT FOR THOSE OBLIGATIONS OF BUYER RELATED TO DELIVERY F.C.A. Without limiting the foregoing, in the United States (U.S.) this includes all applicable commerce, environmental , occupational safety, transportation and securities Laws and all employment and labor Laws governing Seller's personnel providing Services to Buyer. In complying with the Laws, it is understood and agreed that the Equipment shipped to all Buyer sites worldwide must be of a common configuration ("Copy Exactly") for use by all Buyer sites worldwide and comply with any and all product safety requirements described in the Purchase Spec AND SUBASSEMBLY/ELECTRICAL SPECS. M AND N RESPECTIVELY or elsewhere in this Agreement. Any Copy Exactly exception must be mutually agreed to and documented in a configuration specification as a site specific option.
B. EACH PARTY AGREES THAT WHILE ON THE OTHER PARTY'S premises or performing Services, EACH PARTY agrees to abide by EACH PARTY'S rules and regulations that are provided to EACH PARTY in writing; posted conspicuously or easily observed while on EACH PARTY's premises or customarily followed or known by third party invitee, including, but not limited to security, heath, safety, environmental and hazardous material management rules and rules prohibiting the use of physical aggression against persons or property, harassment and theft. EACH PARTY will perform only those Services identified on Addendum A and will work only in areas designated for such Services. EACH PARTY shall take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe working procedures and conditions for performance on EACH PARTY'S premises and shall keep EACH PARTY'S site neat and free from debris. You agree to comply with all state and federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to you and to your use of the Services (the “Laws”), including the operating rules of all systems used to provide Services to you (the “Rules”), and to provide evidence reasonably satisfactory to us of the same if requested by us. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to illegal Internet gambling. Without limitation, you agree and acknowledge that the Services may not be used by you in violation of the laws of the United States, including sanction laws administered by the Office of Foreign Asset Controls. You acknowledge and agree that the software you use to access Services may be subject to restrictions and controls imposed by the Export Administration Act and the Export Administration Regulations. You agree and certify that neither the software nor any direct product thereof is being or will be used by you for any purpose prohibited by these Acts.

Lessee agrees to comply with all applicable laws and rules in effect at the date of this lease, or which may, from time to time, be adopted and which do not impair the obligations of this lease and do not deprive the Lessee of an existing property right recognized by law.
Compliance with Laws and Rules. A. Supplier shall comply with all national, state, and local laws and regulations governing the manufacture, import, export, transportation, and/or sale of Software and/or the performance of Services in the course of this Agreement. In the United States, these may include, but are not limited to, Department of Commerce including U. S. Export Administration regulations, Securities Exchange Commission. Environmental Protection Agency, and Department of Transportation regulations applicable to Hazardous Materials. Supplier shall ensure its employees have the legal right to work in the country where they are providing services. Neither Supplier nor any of its subsidiaries will export/re-export any technical data, process, product, or service, directly or indirectly (including the release of controlled technology to foreign nationals from controlled countries), to any country for which the United States government or any agency thereof requires an export license or other government approval without first obtaining such license. For services in the U.S., Supplier agrees not to provide foreign nationals (non U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents) as employees or contractors for work on any Buyer site unless that foreign national is covered under a valid U.S. Export License or is not exposed to controlled technology. In addition, for services outside of the U.S. Supplier agrees not to provide foreign nationals as employees or contractors for work on any Buyer site unless that foreign national is a citizen of the country of that Buyer site and/or is covered under a valid U.S. Export License or is not exposed to controlled technology. It is a requirement of this Agreement that the Supplier shall be responsible for obtaining all such approvals, authorizations, permits and licenses and shall indemnify and hold Intel harmless from any failure to comply with such requirement.
B. Supplier agrees to fully comply with Buyer’s Ethics Expectations and Electronic Industries Code of Conduct as set forth at xxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx/xxxxxx/. Compliance with Laws and Rules. Consultant agrees to comply fully with any and all of the Company’s reasonable rules and regulations that relate to any of Consultant’s activities as to which it has been given advance notice. Consultant shall secure and maintain in force all licenses and permits required of Consultant by law or regulation (including any required business license), and Consultant shall fully comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to Consultant.

You acknowledge that any payment order, payment instruction, or transfer requests under this Agreement may not be used in violation of the laws of any state or jurisdiction, the United States or any other country, including without limitation laws administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, including Protected Information and Operating Circulars and with (i) all applicable rules and operating guidelines issued by the National Automated Clearing House Association or other clearing agent and (ii) any policies and procedures, including any guide, guidelines and related procedures provided to you from time to time by us (collectively, the “Rules”). You will be responsible for knowing the requirements of the applicable Rules, and you will have the responsibility to fulfill any compliance requirement or obligation that we and/or you may have under the Rules applicable to this Agreement and of the services provided to you hereunder, including without limitation sanction laws administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and other requirements relating to anti-money laundering, including but not limited to the federal Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act and any regulations of the U.S. Treasury Department to implement such Acts, as amended from time to time. Each time you make a transfer request or transaction, you represent to us that each such request or transaction is bona fide and/or you conduct your business and originate payments, transactions and/or other related activity in compliance with the applicable laws and Rules. You shall be liable for the amount of any fines and/or liabilities assessed against us for any violation of the Rules that are due to the acts or omissions of you or any other third party providing services to you that in any way relate to the service under this Agreement.
