Compliance With Manufacturer’s Guidelines and Professional Standards. EWS shall obtain copies of all manufacturer’s handbooks, maintenance guidelines, service alerts, warranty requirements, and other materials (the “Service Guidelines”) produced by the manufacturer of any component of the System. EWS shall review the applicable Service Guidelines prior to each periodic visit and shall strictly follow those Service Guidelines in performing all Maintenance. If for any reason EWS is not able or willing to follow particular Service Guidelines during any periodic visit such discrepancy shall be specifically noted in EWS’ records of the visit. All Maintenance performed by EWS shall be performed in accordance with Industry Standards (as such term is defined in the Agreement) and, where applicable, manufacturers’ requirements/instructions for maintaining and servicing of their equipment.

  • Applicable Technical Standards The Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards that apply to the Customer Facility and the Interconnection Facilities are identified in Schedule D to this ISA.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • ETHICAL STANDARDS a. Distributor and each of its sub-distributors will comply with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, will not have its directors, officers or employees, directly or indirectly, offer, promise or pay any bribes or other improper payments for the purposes of promoting and/or selling Products to any individual, corporation, government official or agency or other entity.   • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND STANDARDS 9.1.1 Each party must comply with all Applicable Laws in performing their obligations under this Agreement.

  • Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.

  • Compliance with Standards Although the standards for workmanship, material, and equipment have been selected in these specifications as a basis of reference, standards and specifications of the other bank member countries and recommendations of standards international organizations will be acceptable provided they are substantially equivalent to the designated standards and provided furthermore that the contractor submits for approval detailed specifications which he proposes to use. Reference to brand names or catalog numbers if any in these specifications have been made only for that equipment for which it has been determined that a degree of standardization is necessary to maintain certain essential features. And in certain cases such references have also been made for purposes of convenience to specify the requirements, in either case offers of alternative goods, which have similar characteristics and provide performance and quality at lease equal to those specified are acceptable. If the contractor offers materials, equipment, design calculations or tests, which conform to standards other than those specified, full details of the differences between the proposed standards and that specified in so far as they affect the design or purpose of the equipment, are to be supplied by the contractor if called upon to do so by the engineer, where required by the engineer for approval purposes, the contractor shall supply, without charge, duplicate copies of the proposed standards with English translations of the relevant portions. The contractor shall have available in his place of business (or in his supplier’s works) the relevant copies of standards or codes used for the use of the Engineer.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.
