Warranty Requirements. 11.3.1.1. Without in any way derogating the Warranties and DB Contractor’s own representations and warranties and other obligations with respect to all of the Work, DB Contractor shall obtain from all Subcontractors for periods at least coterminous with the Warranties, appropriate representations, warranties, guarantees and obligations with respect to design, materials, workmanship, equipment, tools and supplies furnished by such Subcontractors to effectuate the provisions in this Section 11.

Where Contractor offers additional or more advantageous warranties than set forth in Xxxxxxxx X, §00, Additional Warranties, Contractor shall offer or pass through any such warranties to Authorized Users. The Contractor (or their normal warranty agent) will be responsible for conducting all warranty service, unless otherwise agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor. All onsite warranty work will be conducted on Business Days. Use of recycled paper and compatible non-OEM supplies shall not void warranty coverage.

Warranty Requirements. EZCheck will reimburse Merchant for one check per ECT transaction that is returned unpaid, up to the Check Limit, which meets all of the following requirements: (a) check must be a first party check drawn on a United States or Canadian financial institution and must be made payable to Merchant, (no credit card convenience checks, traveler’s checks or third party checks); (b) the name of the individual or company must be imprinted on the check by the check manufacturer, (no starter or temporary checks); (c) if P.O. Box is used or address is not imprinted by the check manufacturer, a physical address must be written on the check; (d) Merchant shall have made an inquiry to EZCheck according to EZCheck’s authorization procedures and received an approval code; (e) EZCheck Merchant Number, check writer’s telephone number including area code and identification type and number used for authorization must be written on the face of the check; (f) the signature and physical description of check writer must reasonably correspond to any signature and description contained in the piece of identification used for authorization; (g) the signature on the signature block must not be substantially different from the name imprinted on the check; (h) the date of the check must be no more than one day from the actual inquiry date to EZCheck, (no Pre‐ or Post‐Dated checks); (i) the amount authorized by EZCheck and the amount shown in words and figures on the check must all agree; (j) and the check, if processed as a paper item and manually deposited in Merchant’s Account must be received by EZCheck for purchase within thirty (30) days of the date the check was authorized. Warranty does not apply to a check on which payment has been stopped or authorization revoked due to disputes over payment of goods and/or services between Merchant and Customer.

For Subcontractors (other than Suppliers that are not Major Subcontractors), such representations, warranties, guarantees, and obligations shall be for periods at least coterminous with the Warranties and for Suppliers that are not Major Subcontractors, for periods at least commensurate with such Supplier’s standard warranty period.
Warranty Requirements. Contractor shall warrant all Police Radar/Lidar Products (full parts and labor) for a minimum of one (1) year after receipt of Police Radar/Lidar Products by Purchasing Entity. Contractor guarantees complete repair or replacement of any Police Radar/Lidar Product, or part thereof, that fails in operation during normal and proper use within one (1) year from date of Purchasing Entity’s receipt due to defects in design, material, or workmanship. Any warranty replacement or repair shall be at no cost to Purchasing Entity. The cost to install replacement parts, including shipping and delivery shall be paid by Contractor during the warranty period.

Authorized User shall have the ability to purchase Extended Warranty coverage at time of MFP purchase or within the first year of ownership from the date of delivery or Installation, whichever is later.
