Common use of Compliance with NMLS Consumer Access℠ Terms of Use Clause in Contracts

Compliance with NMLS Consumer Access℠ Terms of Use. If, during the term of this Agreement, any Permitted User violates the NMLS Consumer Access℠ Terms of Use when using NMLS Consumer Access℠, such violation shall be deemed a violation by Subscriber of this Agreement and shall result in immediate termination of Subscriber’s right under this Agreement to access Public Use Information through NMLS B2B ACCESS℠ and shall result in Subscriber’s forfeiture of any fees paid. The NMLS Consumer Access℠ Terms of Use are attached as Exhibit B.
