Compliance with Other Hiring Requirements. If the Company shall fail to comply with the Job Posting and Hiring Act requirements set forth in �3(b) or the Equal Opportunity requirements set fmih in �3(c), the Agency, upon fifteen (15) days notice to the Company, may disallow in the calculation of the PILOT Payment any employee(s) hired in violation of the foregoing requirements.
