During the performance of Services, Contractor shall be in compliance with the Policies and Procedures of the Board of Regents, State of Iowa, and the University of Iowa, including but not limited to the University of Iowa Conflict of Interest policy. Refer to University Policy Manual at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/ AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT: This contract may involve funding under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 (“Recovery Act”). Vendor agrees to (1) comply with all terms and conditions of the Recovery Act (including but not limited to “Buy American”, “Wage Rate Requirements” and “Disclosure of Fraud or Misconduct”) and (2) provide promptly upon request to the University, the data elements which are required to be reported under Section 1512 of the Recovery Act and the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (“FFATA”).
