Compliance with Standards and Law. Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, statutes, ordinances, regulations, orders and bylaws, including, without limitation, antitrust and franchise laws.
Compliance with Standards and Law. Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that in the use, operation and deployment of the Inter-seeder Drill under this Agreement, Lessee will operate the Inter-seeder Drill in accordance with the Operator’s Manual, and further comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, directives and guidelines, including but not limited to all applicable licensing requirements for operators and drivers of the Inter-seeder Drill.
