Compliance with State and Local Laws. The contractor specifically agrees that in performance of the services herein enumerated, contractor and his/her employees/agents will comply with any applicable State, and Local Statutes, ordinances and regulations at the time this agreement is executed.

Compliance with State and Local Laws. Any bulk manufacturing, growing, cultivation, harvesting, disposal, or distribution of marihuana must be lawful in the state and locality where such action takes place. Failure to immediately notify DEA of any such event can constitute grounds for administrative action.
