Compliance with State and Local Laws. The contractor specifically agrees that in performance of the services herein enumerated, contractor and his/her employees/agents will comply with any applicable State, and Local Statutes, ordinances and regulations at the time this agreement is executed.
Compliance with State and Local Laws. Any bulk manufacturing, growing, cultivation, harvesting, disposal, or distribution of marihuana must be lawful in the state and locality where such action takes place. Failure to be in such compliance can constitute grounds for administrative action. Grower shall immediately notify DEA of any change in their authorization from the state or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to engage in the manufacture of marihuana, and any violations of other federal, state, and/or local laws related to controlled substances. Failure to immediately notify DEA of any such event can constitute grounds for administrative action.
