Compliance with Testing Requirements. All safety-sensitive employees will be subject to urine drug testing and breath alcohol testing. Any safety-sensitive employee who refuses to comply with a request for testing, who provides false information in connection with a test, or who attempts to falsify test results through tampering, contamination, adulteration, or substitution shall be removed from duty immediately, and their employment terminated. Refusal can include an inability to provide a specimen or breath sample within three (3) hours of the initial attempt to provide a specimen or sample without a valid medical explanation; a verbal declaration; obstructive behavior; or physical absence resulting in the inability to conduct the test.
