Compliance with USAID Policy Guidance. The USAID [ ] [office] is responsible for coordinating the implementation of USAID-funded activities of the Participating Agency under this Agreement. From time to time, the Assistant Administrator for [ ] Bureau, his or her Deputy, or the [technical office] Office Director, may provide additional policy or operational guidance in writing to the Participating Agency or its representatives in carrying out foreign assistance programs and activities in the [ ] Region, including this Program. The Participating Agency agrees to comply with such guidance so long as it is consistent with this Agreement and with laws governing operation of the Participating Agency.

Compliance with USAID Policy Guidance. The Office of Development Partners (ODP) is responsible for coordinating the implementation of USAID-funded activities of the Participating Agency under this Agreement. From time to time, the Director ODP, his or her Deputy, or any authorized representative there- of may provide additional policy or operational guidance in writing to the Participating Agency or its representatives in carrying out this Program. The Participating Agency agrees to comply with such guidance so long as it is consistent with this Agreement and with laws governing operation of the Participating Agency.
Compliance with USAID Policy Guidance. 08/18/2006 The cognizant USAID representative shall be responsible for coordinating the implementation of USAID-funded activities of CDC under this Agreement. CDC shall ensure that its employees, contractors, and grantees comply fully with this provision. From time to time, the Bureau for Global Health Assistant Administrator, his or her Deputy, or the HIDN Office Director may provide additional policy or operational guidance in writing to CDC or its representatives in carrying out foreign assistance programs and activities worldwide, including this Program. CDC agrees to comply with such guidance so long as it is consistent with this Agreement and with laws governing operation of CDC.

  • Compliance with Policies Each Individual Limited Partner hereby agrees that he shall comply with all policies and procedures adopted by any member of the Och-Ziff Group or which Limited Partners are required to observe by law, or by any recognized stock exchange, or other regulatory body or authority.

  • Compliance with Standards Although the standards for workmanship, material, and equipment have been selected in these specifications as a basis of reference, standards and specifications of the other bank member countries and recommendations of standards international organizations will be acceptable provided they are substantially equivalent to the designated standards and provided furthermore that the contractor submits for approval detailed specifications which he proposes to use. Reference to brand names or catalog numbers if any in these specifications have been made only for that equipment for which it has been determined that a degree of standardization is necessary to maintain certain essential features. And in certain cases such references have also been made for purposes of convenience to specify the requirements, in either case offers of alternative goods, which have similar characteristics and provide performance and quality at lease equal to those specified are acceptable. If the contractor offers materials, equipment, design calculations or tests, which conform to standards other than those specified, full details of the differences between the proposed standards and that specified in so far as they affect the design or purpose of the equipment, are to be supplied by the contractor if called upon to do so by the engineer, where required by the engineer for approval purposes, the contractor shall supply, without charge, duplicate copies of the proposed standards with English translations of the relevant portions. The contractor shall have available in his place of business (or in his supplier’s works) the relevant copies of standards or codes used for the use of the Engineer.

  • Compliance with Rules To comply with, and to require the Contractors to comply with, all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws bearing on the conduct of the work on the Improvements, including the requirements of any insurer issuing coverage on the Project and the requirements of any applicable supervising boards of fire underwriters.

  • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).

  • Compliance with Executive Orders Concerning Ethics The Contractor warrants that he and his firm have complied in all respects with the Governor’s Executive Orders concerning ethics matters, including, but not limited to, Executive Order dated January 13, 2003 (establishing Code of Ethics for Executive Branch Officers and Employees, including provisions governing former officers and employees); Executive Order dated October 1, 2003 (governing vendors to state agencies and disclosure and registration of lobbyists); and O.C.G.A. Sections 21-5-70(5), 21-5-71 and 21-5-73, all as amended effective January 9, 2006 (requiring registration and disclosure filings by state agency vendor lobbyists). In this regard, the Contractor certifies that any lobbyist employed or retained by the Contractor or his firm has both registered and made the required disclosures required by the Executive Orders, as amended.

  • Compliance with Regulations The Contractor will comply with the Regulations of the Department of Transportation relative to nondiscrimination in Federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation (Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 21, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), which are herein incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
