Compliance with Policies. Each Individual Limited Partner hereby agrees that he shall comply with all policies and procedures adopted by any member of the Och-Ziff Group or which Limited Partners are required to observe by law, or by any recognized stock exchange, or other regulatory body or authority.
Compliance with Policies. The Executive shall comply with all duly adopted Company policies and codes of conduct and ethics in the performance of the Executive’s duties, as such policies may be in effect from time to time and which have been previously provided to the Executive in writing or otherwise made available to him.
Compliance with Policies. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you agree that you will comply in all material respects with all policies and procedures applicable to similarly situated employees of the Company, generally and specifically.
Compliance with Policies. Incorporated herein and made part of this Agreement are the Universal Orlando Code of Conduct and the Company’s Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Policy. Compliance with such Policies and Code of Conduct, and any amendments thereto which you receive, such amendments to be consistent with the tenor of the current Policies and Codes of Conduct and not in violation of public policy, are conditions to your continued employment. Any material violation thereof shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, and shall provide for termination as set forth in Section 9 above. In addition to such Policies and Code of Conduct, also incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement is the Employee Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. In view of the fact that your position of service to UO is a unique one of trust and confidence and, as a condition to your employment by UO under this Agreement, you agree to sign and comply with each of the provisions of such Employee Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Compliance with Policies. Member agrees to abide by, and shall have all applicable rights and obligations as set forth in, the Bylaws, the Eclipse Foundation Intellectual Property Policy (the “IP Policy”), and any and all additional policies and procedures adopted by the Eclipse Foundation, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Bylaws.
Compliance with Policies. Students and parents/ guardians are required to comply with the provisions of this agreement, the College’s ICT policies and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Compliance with Policies. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, during the Employment Term, Executive shall comply in all material respects with all Company policies and procedures applicable to employees of Company generally and Executive specifically. In connection with and as a condition to this Agreement, Executive and Company shall enter into as of the Effective Date that certain “Statement of Additional Terms and Conditions Relating to Employment Agreement,” substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof (the “Statement”).
Compliance with Policies. Tenant shall not do or allow to be done, or keep, or allow to be kept, anything in, upon or about the Premises which will contravene Landlord's policies insuring against loss or damage by fire, other casualty, or any other cause, including without limitation, public liability, or which will prevent Landlord from procuring such policies in companies acceptable to Landlord. If any act or failure to act by Tenant in and about the Building and the Premises shall cause the rates with respect to Landlord's insurance policies to be increased beyond those rates that would normally be applicable for such limits of coverage, Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, the amount of any such increases upon demand by Landlord.
Compliance with Policies. Technology Provider shall comply with the Policies at all times. In the event of any perceived conflict between the Policies and this Agreement, the Policies shall govern.
Compliance with Policies. The Company recognizes that as an employee of a non-profit entity, the Advisor is responsible for ensuring that any agreement the Advisor enters into with a for-profit entity is not in conflict with the intellectual property, consulting, conflict-of-interest, and other policies of the Advisor’s Employer. The Advisor represents that he has made all of the required disclosures to the Advisor’s Employer and has obtained all necessary approvals of this Agreement from the appropriate authorities at the Advisor’s Employer.
