Complimentary Meals for Double Shifts. Employees who are scheduled or asked to volunteer by the Employer to work back-to-back shifts (a “double shift”) may request and shall receive a complimentary meal from the facility kitchen at the time of the shifts worked. This meal will be the same meal by the kitchen to residents.
