Complying with all Applicable Laws. The CONTRACTOR shall perform the work and provide the services pursuant to this Agreement in a thorough and professional manner so that the residents and businesses within the Service Area are provided reliable, courteous, and high-quality service at all times. The enumeration and specification of particular aspects of service, labor, or equipment requirements shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR of the duty to perform all other tasks and activities necessary to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, regardless of whether such requirements are enumerated elsewhere in this Agreement, unless excused in accordance with Article 12.7. The CONTRACTOR shall not knowingly deliver materials Collected under this Agreement to facilities that do not comply in all material aspects with Applicable Law. The CONTRACTOR, and not the CITY, must use reasonable efforts to assure that all Disposal, transfer, and Processing facilities to which the CONTRACTOR delivers material under this Agreement are properly permitted to receive material Collected under this Agreement, except for any other facility that the CITY directs the CONTRACTOR to use. Failure to comply with this provision may result in the CONTRACTOR being in default under this Agreement.

  • Compliance with All Applicable Laws This Arrangement does not alter or amend the Parties’ being bound to comply with all relevant federal and State laws, including, but not limited to, health care fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, and the Maryland Medical Practice Act. The CTO will continue to be bound by the terms of the CTO Participation Agreement, and the Practice will continue to be bound by the terms of the Practice Participation Agreement.

  • Compliance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations Grantee must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances in administering CRF under this Agreement. Grantee acknowledges that this requirement includes, but is not limited to, compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety rules and regulations.
