Quality Service. All employees will strive for: • an appropriate balance between best service and least cost; • respect towards customers, both internal and external • quality communication between Council employees and customers; • choice/options of service and service levels; and • reliability and responsibility in service delivery.
Quality Service. At all times the CSP shall ensure that any support services provided to students meets the highest standards and expectations of CalUniversity. The CSP will not jeopardize the DETC or any other Accreditation conferred upon CalUniversity or in any way that damages the reputation of CalUniversity or the DETC Accreditation Commission. The CSP acknowledges that any action that jeopardizes the DETC Accreditation conferred upon CalUniversity will cause CalUniversity irreparable damages and CalUniversity shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief to protect its reputation. CalUniversity shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, at any time, if the CSP breaches this provision, without prejudice to CalUniversity other rights and remedies against the CSP. CalUniversity reserves the right to amend this Agreement for compliance with accreditation standards amendments/revisions or mandate changes dictated by any regulatory agency governing the jurisdiction of CalUniversity. Such changes will be informed to CSP as early as is necessary with a 30-day enforcement requirement.

Quality Service. 8.1 The Physician and/or service provider shall provide the Members with the same quality of services which the Physician and /or service provider provides patients who are cash paying/ non-Member, together with adherence with the company standards previously communicated to him/her. 8.2 The quality of service provided by the Hospital will be at or above the standards of skill; care and diligence possessed by the Clinic and will be performed in accordance with high standards of competence, care and concern for the welfare and needs of the Members. 8.3 The Physician and or service provider agrees and undertakes to not discriminate against any Member on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, marital status or age. 8.4 The Physician and/or service provider agrees to cooperate with the Company and all appropriate official regulatory agencies in the investigation of any customer/Member complaint relating to quality of care which may be brought to the attention of the Company or any regulatory body or relevant authorities. 8.5 Physician and / or service provider agrees and undertakes to bear any expenses occurring due to ignorance or malpractice of him/herself or any of his/her staff without any exception, who is attending the Member for the Treatment.

The customer is the Government and its requirements will include security, safety, justice and the rehabilitation of prisoners. The details of the customer’s requirements are specified in the operating contract for Mount Gambier Prison. 2.2.4 Quality service = Meeting the customer’s requirements, first time, every time.
