– COMPONENT SCORING – OTHER CERTIFICATED EDUCATORS. There are multiple components within each of the four (4) domains. The evaluator will use the descriptors for each component to determine the performance level rating as defined in the adopted specialist framework. The ratings are identified as Unsatisfactory, Basic, Proficient, or Distinguished.

The evaluator will use the descriptors for each component to determine the performance level rating as defined in the adopted specialist framework. The ratings are identified as Unsatisfactory, Basic, Proficient, or Distinguished.
