Common use of Composition and Meetings Clause in Contracts

Composition and Meetings. The Committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of representatives of the Employer and from the Union Committee. The number of representatives shall consist of at least two (2) representatives from each party to a maximum of five (5) representatives from each party. It is understood that employee time spent at meetings with the Employer in pursuance of the above, shall be deemed to be work time for which the employee shall be paid by the Employer at their regular or premium rate as may be applicable.
