Common use of COMPOSITION OF CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

COMPOSITION OF CONSULTANT. If the Consultant is comprised of more than one legal entity, each such entity shall be jointly and severally liable. As used herein, the term "Consultant" shall include, but not be limited to, its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, and other persons, firms, partnerships, corporations or other entities working for or on behalf of it. The liability of such parties is the same as that defined by the Laws of the State of Florida.
