Composition of the JNGRC. The joint national grievance review committee will consist of an equal number, but no more than four (4), representatives from each party. Each side shall have a designated co-chair. The co-chairs shall preside over any meeting or hearing of the committee. Outside lawyers shall not be permitted to serve on the JNGRC.
