Such Borrower shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance written on an occurrence basis with a limit of liability not less than $1,000,000. Coverage shall include, but not be limited to, premises/operations, explosion, collapse, and underground hazards, broad form contractual, independent contractors products/completed operations, broad form property damage, and personal injury liability. Such insurance shall not exclude coverage for punitive or exemplary damages where insurable by law; and
