  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION STANDARDS CONTRACTOR shall be in compliance with the Clean Air Act (Title 42 USC Section 7401 et seq.), the Clean Water Act (Title 33 USC Section 1251 et seq.), Executive Order 11738 and Environmental Protection Agency, hereinafter referred to as “EPA,” regulations (Title 40 CFR), as any may now exist or be hereafter amended. Under these laws and regulations, CONTRACTOR assures that:

  • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared. The reference in the preceding sentence to exchange rules is solely for DWR's protection and DWR's failure to comply therewith shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or relieve Customer of any obligation or responsibility under this Agreement. DWR shall not be liable to Customer as a result of any action by DWR, its officers, directors, employees or agents to comply with any rule or regulation.

  • Additional Rules and Regulations A. Sitting on the front stoop, or in the parking lot, playing of music, TV’s, or loud noise of any kind inside or outside of unit loud enough to disturb other tenants shall not be permitted at any time.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • Applicable Laws and Regulations All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.

  • CODES AND REGULATIONS The Contractor shall strictly comply with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations.

  • Fair Housing The Agency is committed to compliance with all laws as well as the philosophy of fair housing for all people. The Agency will present the Property to all prospective Buyers in compliance with local, State, and Federal Fair Housing laws against discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, age, marital status and/or familial status, children, or other prohibited factors.
