Common use of Comprehensive Software Support Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Software Support. Lenovo will use reasonable efforts to solve problems that You contact us about, but Lenovo cannot be responsible for providing solutions that are either not available or are beyond Lenovo's reasonable knowledge, in particular, but not limited to, if Your problem is linked to a non-Lenovo branded software bug. Lenovo shall not be held liable in any way for failure to provide support for such non-Lenovo branded software.
