Preparation for Pickup. All attachments if authorized by GB and personal contents must be removed by the Lessee prior to the removal of the Rented Property and prior to the end of the rental term. Additional fees will apply for the removal/takedown by GB, if not done by the Lessee as above. Weather: The Dome is inherently waterproof; however, GB makes no warranties or representations with respect to the Dome or equipment being completely impenetrable to water and/or other elements. Client agrees that in the event of a predicted or actual storm or excessive winds, GB may dismantle any equipment that has been previously installed to ensure the safety of all involved. There will be no refunds given due to weather cancellations. Instead, an alternative date will be discussed. Cancellations: This agreement may be cancelled by the Lessee at any time fourteen (14) days or more prior to the agreed upon delivery date for the Rented Property, in which case GB will retain the non- refundable retainer. In the event that this contract is cancelled by the Lessee fourteen days or less prior to the scheduled delivery date, the full amount due and owing pursuant to this contract will be paid to GB and GB shall be relieved of any of its further obligations hereunder. Defense: GB shall not be responsible for repairing any holes left by stakes or any other damage resulting from the installation of the Rented Property, including damage to lawns or any other surface. The liability and responsibility of GB is limited to the amount of the agreed rental and the Lessee agrees in the event of any default or breach on the part of GB under this contract to accept as liquidated damages the amount of the agreed rental herein. GB is not responsible for any loss or damage to any underground installations or property of any kind whatsoever. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if:
Preparation for Pickup. All floral arrangements, trash, and decorations of any kind must be removed by Lessee before scheduled pickup time. All chairs and tables must be stacked as delivered. All dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment must be returned to proper rack or container and assembled at a single location for pickup. Dishes, glasses, and flatware must be well rinsed and food and particle-free. Stoves, ovens, and grills must be returned clean. Linens should also be food and particle-free and be shaken out and put into laundry bags provided. Linens that are returned with xxxxx, holes, tears, or are permanently stained will be billed to Lessee at replacement cost.

  • Preparation Period During the preparation period, a teacher will have no other assignment except in an emergency situation. It is recognized that the preparation period is a scheduled part of the teacher's work day and the teacher is expected to be in his/her respective Building. If the teacher must leave the Building during his/her preparation and/or lunch period, he/she must notify the Building switchboard operator.

  • Preparation for Each Auction (a) Not later than 9:30 A.M. on each Auction Date for the Preferred Shares, the Auction Agent shall advise BD by telephone or other electronic means of communication acceptable to the parties of the Maximum Rate in effect on such Auction Date. In the event that the Auction Agent is required to disclose information in accordance with the foregoing sentence, it shall provide written notice of such requirement to BD as promptly as practicable. The Auction Agent shall, subject to the terms of the Auction Agency Agreement, transmit any list of customers BD believes are Beneficial Owners of shares of each series of Preferred Shares and information related thereto only to its officers, employees, agents or representatives who need to know such information for the purposes of acting in accordance with this Agreement, and the Auction Agent shall prevent the transmission of such information to others and shall cause its officers, employees, agents and representatives to abide by the foregoing confidentiality restrictions; provided, however, that the Auction Agent shall have no responsibility or liability for the actions of any of its officers, employees, agents or representatives after they have left the employ of the Auction Agent.

  • Joint Preparation The preparation of this Agreement has been a joint effort of the parties and the resulting documents shall not, solely as a matter of judicial construction, be construed more severely against one of the parties than the other.

  • Preparation Periods 31-1 The School District agrees to maintain daily preparation periods during the student day in all junior and senior high schools. At schools where block scheduling is in effect, the total preparation time provided shall be equal to the preparation time provided at schools not operating on a block schedule. 31-2 The School District shall maintain at each elementary school a minimum of two hundred and fifty (250) minutes preparation time per week per teacher, during the students’ instructional day, in not less than forty- (40) minute blocks. Each elementary school shall be allocated and assigned library aide hours per school day in accordance with the following schedule: This aide time is provided in addition to the assigned media clerk time. Library aide time is guaranteed for the school year once set on a school year basis. There will be no changes in library aide time allocated due to fluctuation in enrollment. This provision for allocating library aide time will only remain as part of this Agreement if librarians are used to provide preparation time to elementary teachers. 31-3 Preparation time provided for in this Article shall be utilized by teachers in a manner which enables further development and refinement of professional skills and for instructional effectiveness. 31-4 Although it does not relate to any mandatory subject of bargaining, the School District states that it is its aim and objective to establish a maximum class load of thirty (30) students in grades 4, 5, and 6. 00-0 Xxx Xxxxxxxx may direct use of teacher preparation periods if such directed use is infrequent, advance notice is given and the District’s use of the teacher’s preparation period must not consume an entire period.

  • Submittal Reports, plans, surveys, field notes, original drawings, computer tapes, graphic files, tracings, calculations, analyses, reports, specifications, data, sketches and/or schematics prepared by A/E and supporting documents (collectively referred to hereinabove and hereinafter as the "A/E Work Product(s)"), shall be submitted by A/E on or before the dates specified for completion, as set out in the Production Schedule set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Petition for Annual Conference Session The Local Church acknowledges that pursuant to the governing standing rules of the Annual Conference, petitions for consideration of the legislative body must be submitted to the Secretary of the Annual Conference on or before April 1 of the current Annual Conference year. The Annual Conference will make reasonable efforts to assist the Local Church in completing the required petition, which will include this Disaffiliation Agreement as an attachment thereto making it subject to public review. If the petition is not filed in a timely manner, the Parties will make good faith efforts under the standing rules of the Annual Conference to cooperate to bring the petition to the legislative floor for consideration by appropriate motions to suspend the standing rules for the purposes of considering the petition.

  • Preparation and Submission The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A17.1, all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements as provided for in Schedule “F”, or in a form as specified by the Province from time to time; (b) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A17.1, any other reports as may be requested by the Province in accordance with the timelines and content requirements specified by the Province; (c) ensure that all Reports and other reports are completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (d) ensure that all Reports and other reports are signed on behalf of the Recipient by an authorized signing officer.

  • FINAL BILLING SUBMISSION Unless otherwise provided by the System Agency, Grantee shall submit a reimbursement or payment request as a final close-out invoice not later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of the term of the Contract. Reimbursement or payment requests received after the deadline may not be paid.

  • PREPARATION OF BIDS 12 LANGUAGE OF BID 12.1 The bid prepared by the bidder and all correspondences and documents relating to the bid exchanged by the bidder and the Employer shall be written in the English Language.   • Preparation Awarded vendor shall not begin a project for which TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless awarded vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order. Awarded vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.
