Compressed Gas Cylinders. Compressed gas cylinders shall be constructed in accordance with international standards in relation to colour Identification of content. Vessels containing liquids or gases under pressure shall be fitted with safety valves of an approved type, and a certificate in respect of a recent pressure test of each vessel shall be available for inspection upon reasonable request. Cylinders must be stored in a bottle cage.
