Common use of COMPULSORY FORCE Clause in Contracts

COMPULSORY FORCE. Any derogation from the provisions of this agreement to the detriment of the rider shall be null and void. Any and all advantages or agreements that can favour the rider beyond the provisions of the present agreement shall remain valid.
