Computation of Time. (1) In the computation of time in this Settlement Agreement, except where a contrary intention appears, (a) where there is a reference to a number of days between two events, the number of days shall be counted by excluding the day on which the first event happens and including the day on which the second event happens, including all calendar days; and (b) only in the case where the time for doing an act expires on a holiday as “holiday” is defined in the Rules of Civil Procedure, RRO 1990, Reg 194, the act may be done on the next day that is not a holiday.
