Common use of Computation Quarter Covenant Payments Clause in Contracts

Computation Quarter Covenant Payments. Within thirty (30) days following the end of each Computation Quarter, Owner shall submit to City copies of its quarterly reports to the CDTFA for the applicable Computation Quarter arising from Owner’s Sales Activities conducted at the E-Commerce Distribution Facility. Within one hundred twenty (120) days following the end of each Computation Quarter, City shall pay to Owner any Computation Quarter Covenant Payment due for such Computation Quarter.

Within thirty forty-five (3045) days following the end of each Computation Quarter, Owner shall submit to City certified copies of its quarterly reports to the CDTFA for which sets forth the applicable amount of Sales Taxes paid to the CDTFA during the Computation Quarter arising from Owner’s Sales Activities conducted at the E-Commerce Distribution FacilityOffice. Within one hundred twenty (120) days following the end of each Computation Quarter, City shall pay to Owner any Computation Quarter Covenant Payment due for such Computation Quarter.
