Computer Facilitator. There shall be a Computer Facilitator in each school. The Computer Facilitator reports to the Principal and assists departments that have computer-assisted learning with curriculum development and applications to maximize the use of computer resources within the school.

Computer Facilitator. There shall be a Computer Facilitator in schools of greater than pupil enrolment. The Computer Facilitator reports to the Principal and assists departments that have assisted learning with curriculum development and applications to the use of computer resources within the school. The Computer Facilitator should not normally be the school’s computer site administrator. There shall be an Athletic in each school except for Thames and Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxx. The Athletic reports to the Principal and will assist in the and running of the extra-curricular athletic program by, amongst other things, ordering buses, ensuring that necessary officials are obtained, ensuring the facilities are ready on game-day, assisting in making decisions related to eligibility and assisting in the planning for the co-ordination of Thames Valley extra-curricular athletics for future years. The Athletic shall not hold any position of responsibility in the school. ARTICLE SENIORITY Articles to inclusive apply to Teachers on Secondary Contracts with the predecessor Boards to the Thames Valley District School Board effective December including secondary Teachers on leaves of absence or on exchange as of that date. It is the intent that those articles ensure that all secondary Teachers employed by the predecessor school boards at the time of amalgamation will retain at least the years of seniority that they had accumulated up to December The purpose of the calculations in Articles to inclusive is to ensure that no Teacher has fewer years of seniority than s/he would have had, had s/he been employed by one of the four boards that have formed the Thames Valley District School Board, other than the one by which they were employed on December It is an attempt to the method of calculating seniority for all Teachers. For the purposes of Article the following definitions apply:

  • Computer Files Marked The Seller shall, at its own expense, on or before the Closing Date, indicate in its computer files that the Receivables have been sold to the Purchaser pursuant to this Receivables Purchase Agreement and deliver to the Purchaser the Receivable Schedule, certified by an officer of the Seller to be true, correct and complete.

  • Communications and Computer Lines Tenant may install, maintain, replace, remove or use any communications or computer wires and cables (collectively, the “Lines”) at the Project in or serving the Premises, provided that (i) Tenant shall obtain Landlord’s prior written consent to the installation of any such Lines (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), use an experienced and qualified contractor approved in writing by Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), and comply with all of the other provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of this Lease, (ii) an acceptable amount of space for additional Lines shall be maintained for future occupants of the Project, as determined in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, (iii) the Lines (including riser cables) shall be appropriately insulated to prevent excessive electromagnetic fields or radiation, and shall be surrounded by a protective conduit reasonably acceptable to Landlord, (iv) any Lines servicing the Premises shall comply with all Applicable Laws, (v) as a condition to permitting the installation of new Lines, Landlord may require that Tenant remove existing Lines located in or serving the Premises that will no longer be used by Tenant and repair any damage in connection with such removal, and (vi) Tenant shall pay all costs in connection therewith. Landlord reserves the right to require that Tenant remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which are installed in violation of these provisions, or which are at any time in violation of any Applicable Laws or represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition. Upon the expiration of the Lease Term, or immediately following any earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, remove all Lines installed by Tenant, and repair any damage caused by such removal.

  • Computer Tape The computer tape regarding the Receivables made available by the Seller to the Depositor is complete and accurate in all respects as of the Transfer Date.
