Common use of Conceptual Plans and Drawings Clause in Contracts

Redeveloper has caused Architectural Design Associates of Lincoln, Nebraska (“Architect”) to prepare overall conceptual plans and drawings (“Project Schematic Drawings”) for the Private Improvements which have been reviewed and approved by the Mayor. The Project Schematic Drawings attached hereto as Exhibit D.
