Design and Drawings. (i) Design and Drawings shall be developed in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D. (iii) The Proof Consultant shall: (a) evolve a systems approach with the Design Director so as to minimise the time required for final designs and construction drawings; and (b) proof check the detailed calculations, drawings and designs, which have been approved by the Design Director. (iv) In respect of the Contractor’s obligations with respect to the design and Drawings of the Project Highway as set forth in Schedule-I, the following shall apply: (h) The Contractor shall ensure that only controlled copies of drawings reviewed & approved by Authority Engineer is released to site.
