Common use of Conciliation Panel Chair Clause in Contracts

Conciliation Panel Chair. (a) If a Renegotiation Notice is given, the Government and the Doctors of BC will appoint, by no later than June 1, 2021, an individual to act as chair of a conciliation panel for the negotiations. If the Government and the Doctors of BC are unable to agree upon the chair of the conciliation panel either of them may request the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia to make the appointment and the individual so appointed will be the chair of the conciliation panel.
