Rights and obligations resulting from this contract may be assigned to the legal successors of the Club. The Player agrees to immediately notify the Club in writing of any changes of his personal data (name, marital status, number of children etc.) and his domicile, address for service and bank details. Pursuant to the applicable regulations on working with Players’ Agents of the Austrian Football Association and the FIFA Regulations on working with Intermediaries as amended, it is observed that the Player used services at the contract negotiations by Mr/Mrs ____________________________, domiciled at _______________________ and/or the Club used services at the contract negotiations by Mr/Mrs ________________________, domiciled at ________________________ .
