Conclusion of Appraisal. An appraisal conducted under this clause must be concluded within 28 days from the acceptance by the appraiser of his or her appointment unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Performance Appraisal The Executive’s performance may be evaluated by the Board of Directors or the Committee from time to time. The Executive shall be entitled to such additional remuneration, including but not limited to annual bonuses based on performance, as the Board of Directors or the Committee may, in its discretion, determine from time to time.
Appraisal The Mortgage File contains an appraisal of the related Mortgaged Property with an appraisal date within 6 months of the Mortgage Loan origination date, and within 12 months of the Cut-off Date. Conclusion of Agreement 3.1. The Assignee confirms that it has familiarized itself with the Terms and Conditions of the Portal User and the terms and conditions of the Agreement, understands the rights and obligations arising therefrom and confirms that the terms and conditions thereof conform to the will of the Assignee.

Rate Redetermination for Environmental Modification In the event of a contract modification under B8.33 or partial termination under B8.34, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the revision and the appraised unit value of Included Timber to be cut under the modification. The appraisal shall consider the estimated cost of any construction work listed in the Schedule of Items that was performed and abandoned. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of the revision will be adjusted by said differences to become Current Contract Rates.
