Employee Appraisal Forms. (a) Where a formal appraisal of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity to read, review and ask questions about the appraisal. Upon request, the employee will be given three working days to read and review the appraisal.

An employee appraisal shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement.

An employee appraisal shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee. The parties agree that the evaluation report is not considered disciplinary and is not subject to the grievance procedure.

An employee indicating disagreement with their appraisal may request a third opinion from a joint committee of four (4) persons, two (2) nominated by the Union and two (2) nominated by the Employer. While the employee and the appraiser may give information to the Appraisal Review Committee, neither may be a committee member. The report of the committee shall be put on the employee's file.
