Condition and Maintenance of Equipment. The Equipment of each Company is in good repair, working order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Each Company shall cause the Equipment to be maintained and preserved in good repair, working order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and shall as quickly as commercially practicable make or cause to be made all repairs, replacements and other improvements which are necessary in the conduct of each Company's business.
