Common use of Condition of Plant Clause in Contracts

Condition of Plant. The Company agrees to keep the plant clean, healthful, sufficiently ventilated and in a well lighted condition at all times, and agrees to pay particular attention to the question of sanitation and health wherever help is to be provided for, and further agrees that where the present conditions are not satisfactory, to adjust the matter as far as that reasonably may be possible.
