Condition Report. Tenant agrees that Landlord/Agent may enter upon the premises at reasonable times and intervals to survey, repair, and maintain the same, or to show the property to any prospective buyer, or any loan or insurance agent. After notice of termination of this tenancy has been given by either party, or during the last 30 days of any lease term herein provided, Landlord/Agent may show the premises to any prospective Tenant.
