3.6. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between us and you for the provision of the Payment Services by us to you. This Agreement also contains important information that may affect your ability to recover your money. By activating your Account, you shall be deemed to have accepted and fully understood the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and you agree to comply with these by your use of the Card and/or by indicating your acceptance.
3.7. Your Card is not a credit card and is not issued by a bank. Regardless of the type of Card(s) you have, you will have only one Account where your Available Balance is located.
3.8. Your Payment Services may not be activated unless we have been provided with the required information so that we may identify you and can comply with all applicable KYC and anti-money laundering requirements. We shall keep records of such information and documents in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
3.9. Reference to a currency (e.g. Euros € or Sterling £) shall mean that amount or the local currency equivalent in which your Card is denominated.
3.10. Any Transaction on your Card in a currency other than the currency in which your Card is denominated, will require a currency conversion using a foreign exchange rate, which will be deducted from your account. Your Agreement with Us. You've requested that we set up an Account for you. When you access your Account for the first time, it confirms that you accept the terms of this Agreement and that you request renewal and replacement Cards. This Agreement sets out the terms under which you may use your Account, Card and PIN. You confirm that you've requested this Agreement, and all communications and documents from us, to be in English until you advise us otherwise. These terms cover the SIM card and any services you use but do not cover any equipment (e.g. the purchase of your phone). (b) your Customer Order;
(c) the Company Services Pricing;

Your Agreement with Us. 1.1 Your Agreement with us consists of these terms and conditions, the Retail Supply Agreement and any offer, product and discount information which is stated by us to be included into the Agreement.
1.2 This Agreement sets out the terms on which we will sell electricity and other products to you, your payment and other obligations related to the sale of electricity and other products and services used to deliver electricity and other products to your Supply Address.
1.3 If any matter that is required to be included in this Agreement by an Applicable Regulation is not expressly dealt with in this Agreement, the Applicable Regulation is included as if it were a term of this Agreement.
1.4 If you require a copy of this Agreement or any document included by reference in it, we will send it to you after receiving your request.
1.5 This Agreement applies to the Residential Customer or Small Business Customer in which the Account Representative is authorized to enter into a Retail Supply Agreement.
1.6 If there is a discrepancy between the additional terms and conditions in the Retail Supply Agreement and these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in the Retail Supply Agreement will take precedence.
1.7 If your Supply Address includes an eligible Energy Generation Facility as defined in these terms, Schedule A Feed-in Terms & Conditions will also apply.
