Condition s Precedent to Disbursement for Equipment and Materials. Except as A.I.D. may otherwise agree in writing, prior to any disburse ment of the Assistance, or to the issuance by A.I.D. of aobumentation pursuant to which disbursement will be made to finance equipment and materials, the Cooperating Country shall furnish toA.I.D. in form and substance satisfactory toA.I.D. a list of the equipment and materials for which disbursement is requested.
