Conditioned on Customer s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PlanetScale grants Customer and End User a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable right to use and access the Managed Product in accordance with the Documentation and only for Customer’s internal business purposes, for the Term.
