Conditions and time for consent. Xxxx will provide written consent to the adoption only upon satisfaction of all conditions, including the following: (1) AP has fulfilled all post-placement requirements; (2) any legal or statutory prerequisites to consent have been met; (3) Xxxx, in its professional judgment, determines that the proposed adoption is in the child’s best interest; and (4) AP has paid all required costs and fees. Xxxx may, in its sole discretion, delay its consent, or require additional information, reports or studies before providing its consent. Any written consent provided by Xxxx shall automatically expire six months after the date of the consent.
