Conditions applicable to consignments. ⬝ the average number of all DR and NB consignments according to the Agreement posted in each period set as any 3 consecutive calendar months within the Agreed Period specified in subclause 1.1 above (hereinafter referred to as “three-month period“) per calendar month is greater than XXXX consignments (number of all consignments according to the Agreement posted in the three-month period / three ); ⬝ the number of NB consignments posted in the three-month and weighing over 5 kg does not exceed X% of all posted NB consignments; ⬝ the number of NB consignments posted in the three-month with the additional service No-Card Cash on Delivery does not exceed XX% of all posted NB consignments; ⬝ the average weight of one DR up to 31,5 kg consignment for the three-month period is up to XXX kg (sum of the weights of all DR consignments posted during the three-month period / number of all DR consignments posted during the three-mounth period ); Other additional services Percentage of DR qualified as No-Card Cash on Delivery is less than XX% of DR consignments posted during the three- month period.
