Conditions for the Effective Date. This LA Amendment Deed shall become effective on the date on which EBRD confirms to the Borrower that it has received each of the documents and other evidence listed below in a form and substance satisfactory to EBRD, or at the sole discretion of EBRD, EBRD has waived, whether in whole or part and whether subject to conditions or unconditionally, the receipt of the following documents and evidence (including, at EBRD’s sole discretion, certified English translations of documents executed in languages other than the English language) (the “Effective Date”):
