Common use of Conditions of Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Acceptance. The insurance maintained by Company must conform at all times with Exhibit C, Standard Procedure S250.06, Contractual Insurance Terms and Conditions, in effect as of the date of this Agreement and as may be amended from time to time.
