Common use of Conditions of Access Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Access. i) An employee’s personnel file may be examined by submitting a written request to the Director. ii) The Director shall arrange with the employee for an appointment to examine the information in the presence of said Director during regular business hours. iii) The file contents examined may not be removed by the employee from the location of the examination, but the Director shall, at the request of the employee, provide a copy of any or all records to which the employee has been granted access. iv) Materials examined by the employee may not be amended, deleted or copied without the approval of the Director.
