Conditions of Effectiveness to be fulfilled. The obligations to sell and purchase Emission Reductions in Articles III and V of the General Conditions will not take effect until all of the conditions included in Schedule 1 to this Agreement (“Conditions of Effectiveness”), in form and substance satisfactory to the Trustee, have been fulfilled.
