A change in circumstances shall in no event be considered substantially affecting the Project if at least 50% of the Anticipated Emission Reductions can be generated.
The parties to this Agreement shall cooperate and make their best efforts to enable the continuation of the Project in accordance with the new circumstances and to achieve the generation and transfer of the Anticipated Emission Reductions.
If the Project generates any Certified Emission Reductions after the Crediting Period, Purchaser shall enter into negotiations with Project Proponent with a view to concluding an agreement on the purchase of such Certified Emission Reductions based on the principles of this Agreement but amended in order to reflect the international and/or national rules then applicable.
