Common use of Conditions of Reappointment Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Reappointment. This Agreement is for a period of one year. This Agreement will automatically renew for each subsequent year of training in the Program contingent upon Resident’s satisfactory completion of the previous post-graduate year. Appointment or reappointment (i.e. renewal) does not constitute an assurance of successful completion of the Program or post-graduate year. Satisfactory completion is based on satisfactory performance by Resident as measured by individual department standards.
