Conditions of Use of the Site. ADL has set up a Reserved Area on its Site in which all of the operations relative to granting the above use are performed. Access to the Reserved Area is achieved by means of a Password which is assigned by ADL. ADL will assign the Password following the precise identification of the Licensee who, by registering himself on the specific form available on the Site, can request such as a “new user”. The assignment of the Password is bound by this agreement which comprises three points, the last of which, the Contract of Access to the Reserved Area, should be signed by the Licensee and sent to the Licensor by fax, the original copy of which should then be sent by post as illustrated below. The Password will be assigned by ADL, whose decision on the same is final, and its use is strictly personal. The Password may not be transferred, under any title, to third parties nor may it be used for purposes other than those for which it has been granted. To obtain the Password, the Licensee undertakes to provide ADL with all of the information requested which permits the identification of the same. The assignment of the Password will enable the Licensee to access the Reserved Area in which the same may select, on each occasion, the chosen Photographic Artworks and download such. In the event that the Licensee is acting in the name and on behalf of an employer, the same undertakes to inform ADL of the name of the latter. The employer, represented by its pro-tempore legal representative, undertakes to use the in compliance with the terms and conditions envisaged herein and will be bound, jointly with ADL, by all of the obligations deriving thereof. In the event that the conduct of the Licensee in the Reserved Area with relation to the use of the Photographic Artworks does not comply with the provisions of this agreement, ADL will send an initial warning via email to the Licensee. In the event that this illegitimate conduct continues, ADL will organise the suspension of the Licensee’s access to the Reserved Area as a precautionary measure, and will send a second warning. In the event of further non-compliance, the contract will be legally cancelled.

  • Limitations of Use The Services and Atlantic Broadband Equipment, including any firmware or software embedded in Atlantic Broadband Equipment or used to provide the Services, are protected by trademark, copyright, and/or other intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable, non- transferable revocable license to use such firmware and software in object code form (without making any modification thereto) strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge and understand that you are not granted any other license to use the firmware or software embedded in Atlantic Broadband Equipment or used to provide the Services. You expressly agree that you will use Atlantic Broadband Equipment exclusively in connection with the Services. You shall not reverse, compile, disassemble, or reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from the binary code of the firmware or software. If you decide to use the Services through an interface device not provided by Atlantic Broadband, which Atlantic Broadband reserves the right to prohibit in particular cases or generally, you warrant and represent that you possess all required rights to use that interface device with the Services, including all software and firmware licenses. You will indemnify and hold harmless Atlantic Broadband against any and all liability arising out of your use of such interface device with the Services.

  • Conditions of Access 2.1. Your access to, and use of, the Site is subject always to the terms and conditions set out in this user agreement.

  • Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity. You do not own or have any rights (other than those expressly granted to you) to a particular IP address, even if you are utilizing a static IP address.

  • Terms and Conditions of Use NASCAR shall have the right to use and sublicense PROMOTER’s Marks in connection with publicity, promotion or advertising of the Event and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, and the exploitation of Live Broadcast Rights and Ancillary Rights, provided, however, that NASCAR shall not, without the prior written consent of PROMOTER, use or sublicense the use of PROMOTER’s Marks on the branding of any retail package product, unless otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement.

  • Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations.   • CONDITIONS OF HIRE Agreements with Age Connects Morgannwg for the hire of space at Cynon Linc or any part thereof (“the Premises”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Hire (“the Hire Conditions”). UNDERTAKING OF THE HIRER The Hirer undertakes to ensure that they understand the Hire Conditions. SUPERVISION BY THE HIRER The Hirer undertakes to be present, or arrange for sufficient adult representatives to be present, throughout the hiring to ensure compliance with the provisions and stipulations contained or referred to in these Hire Conditions and any relevant licenses. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER The Hirer shall be responsible during the period of hire for: – Being familiar with, and complying with, the guides provided for the use of the Premises Ensuring that the Premises are kept secure for the duration of the hire Supervision of the use of the Premises and the care of its fabric and contents Ensuring that the purpose and conduct of the hire does not disrupt the use of any other room hired by other persons Ensuring that the Premises including public areas are left clean and tidy with rubbish removed from the rented space at the end of the hire. If we are required to undertake a deep clean of the rented space after your booking, you accept you will be held liable for the full amount incurred in doing so and will be invoiced for any work undertaken in respect of such cleaning. Ensuring that all equipment, chairs and tables have been returned to their original positions safely, the Premises are cleared of people, all lights switched off, and the rented space secured. Ensuring that any temporary fittings and fixtures comply with Health and Safety guidance, and in particular ensuring that any decorations used are not a fire hazard. Ensuring that any equipment or electrical appliances brought onto the Premises and used there shall be certified safe (XXX Tested) and in good working order and used in a safe manner. Ensuring that no animals (including birds), except assist dogs are brought into the building, without written permission of the management on the occasion of a special event or hire agreed to by the management FIRE REGULATIONS The Hirer shall: Ensure that the “Emergency Exit” signs are kept illuminated and not obscured. Ensure that the Fire Brigade is called to any outbreak of fire, however slight, and details given to the management. Prior to the start of an event indicate the fire exits and Evacuation Meeting Place to the persons attending the event. The Evacuation Meeting Place is outside the rear gates for the back of the building and on the pavement to the front of the building No person may re-enter the building without the permission of the Fire Brigade.

  • Conditions of Eft Services (a.) Ownership of Card(s). Any Card we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or to any person who is authorized to honor the Card, immediately according to instructions. The Card may be reclaimed at any time at our sole discretion without demand or notice. You cannot transfer your Card to another person.
